This one-of-a-kind kimono is crafted entirely from reclaimed denim and dark cotton offcuts, reimagining waste into a structured, wearable form. The wide sleeves and cropped, boxy fit take cues from traditional Japanese silhouettes, while the patchwork construction gives it a raw, contemporary edge.

Light and dark indigo tones flow across the body, broken up by deep black cotton panels and bold geometric seams. Each sleeve is finished with a textured cream appliqué, stitched into torn denim for a layered, almost topographic feel — like a map etched into the garment.

The open front and unlined interior keep the piece easy and breathable, while the raw hem at the back adds a lived-in softness. No two panels are the same — and no two kimonos will ever be.
